Loving the Dark Artwork, Gothic, Vampires

Greetings to all,
I'm not the best at Blogging as you can tell, but I'm a great Face book Queen. Winks.  I just thought I'd come by and say hello, and say we had a great Halloween. I dressed as a vampire, and my hubby was the Grim Reaper. We live in a small town and have a computer repair shop so we decorated because we're so country it's just safer for the children to have a great place to trick or treat. So we scared some, took pictures and handed out candy.  We laughed alot, scared kids, and some parents.
Here are a few great Gothic pictures for you.. Email me if you like, or find me on facebook. I'm also now a member of Pinterest.com I also love Goodreads. Great place to meet up with your readers and other authors.

Advice on buying a Ebook

Hello, since becoming published I've discovered that there are still alot of people who don't know how to buy an ebook.
So, I thought this might help. First you can download a ebook to any android cell phone with either the kindle app, nook app, some cell phones use kobo app. You just go to the market an browse for one of those apps. Download should be free. Then you buy the your first book and it'll show up on the cell phone.
If you have a tablet you just sign up with the online book store of it's choice.
Now!!! The big one. If you don't have any of those, or don't want to read a book on your cell phone, or ipod, or ipad you can download your book to your computer.
If your using Amazon, go to the search and put in kindle app for computers and download it.. FREE..then you can buy books. Of course you have to have an account. winks.
If your using Barnes and Nobles to buy.. go to the search and look up the Nook app for computers and download FREE.. then you can buy your book.
I hope this helps, if not you can email me leave me a note and I'll try to help you.

My First Published Vampire Story (ebook)

Hello everyone. I want to take this moment to thank you for stopping by for a visit. I'm Paula Hardin and I write paranormal fantasy, steam-punk, and contemporary. I have some great news!! Forever Lost is my first published short story e-book and it can be found on Amazon, and Barnes and Nobles.
Just a heads up for people who don't know this, you don't need a Kindle, or Nook to read a ebook. You can download it to your computer with a special free app from Amazon or Barnes and Noble. You can also download it to an ipad, ipod, iphone, or any android cell phone with a kindle app which is a free download.
I've been writing since 2000 and I've learned so much over the years. Enough to realize I didn't know a thing about writing. Oh I could tell a story, but it was a mangled mess of words. (laughing) I didn't know what POV was so just imagine the head hopping, twisted sister I was putting together. The thing is...I never gave up. If your a new writer, I'm here to tell you. You can do it!
I actually decided to self publish this short story and by having it out there and have strangers buy it and leave feedback it's such a rush. It sucks the air right out of my lungs. All my hard work, the picking myself up off the ground and dusting myself off. Not to mention the many tears I shed by being turned down. In all, it just wasn't my time.
